CLAT 2026 UG Syllabus

The CLAT 2026 UG Syllabus is designed to primarily assess candidates’ reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and reasoning abilities. The examination emphasizes aptitude and skill sets essential for pursuing legal education, rather than testing rote learning or extensive prior subject knowledge. While most sections rely on interpretation and application, background knowledge may occasionally assist candidates, particularly in the Current Affairs, including General Knowledge section, where familiarity with recent events and related contexts can support more accurate responses.
