CUET UG Physical Education syllabus is broadly divided into multiple units covering sociological considerations of physical education (such as the role of games and sports in culture and individual development), training methods, career aspects in physical education, health education and health issues, sports-related injuries and first aid, testing and measurement in sports, biomechanics and sports movement, and psychology related to sports and motivation. These areas include topics such as methods of training, principles of health education, motor fitness tests, biomechanics applications, and psychological factors affecting athletes, helping aspirants prepare conceptually as well as practically for the CUET PE paper.
